There is an extensive fenced garden with two large patios for al fresco dining and sun bathing. gazebo, sunbeds, BBQ. Several out house/barn conversions include a very large games room (with billiard table) and a car port. The games room could host events (which must be discussed in advance).
Also available on request (deposit may be required) are adult and childen's bikes, boules, croquet, electric piano, amplifier for ipod and pool table.
